Every business is different, and I am happy to tailor your services to what you need. Here are some common tasks that I perform monthly for businesses:
Recording and categorizing all transactions

There are many reasons you might need to clean up or catch up on your Quickbooks.
You have been keeping the books yourself and are not confident in their accuracy.
You could have been focusing entirely on running your business, and Quickbooks fell to the wayside.
You need to meet a tax deadline, or a bank needs financials to make a decision.
The list goes on, but I can help you no matter the situation.

My Process
Step 1: Let’s Talk
Call, email, or submit a contact request to discuss how I can help with your bookkeeping needs.
Step 2: Assessing & Estimating
I review your account statements to determine the amount of work required and cost of services. You will receive a free quote within 24 hours of sending me your statements, excluding weekends.
Step 3: Your Books, Handled
After payment of the first invoice, and signing a service agreement, I complete any work that has been agreed to. You can expect your financials by the 10th of the following month. The additional days allow me to ensure all transactions have affected their respective accounts and that statements are available to use for reconciliations.
